Trying to place a song. Alt/rock, male band. Released 2005-2012ish. I remember 90% of the song having this sing-songy quality in the vocal. I've heard a song a few times in a store and have been looking for it. I'm looking for a Christmas song which I think was alternative. Came out around 2005-2010. One guy was the singer but I think he had a band playing different instruments. Looking for a goth song. I know I've heard it played at local goth clubs in San Francisco pretty frequently, certainly as recently as the past couple of years but it's probably not super-recent and could be a decade or two old.

What I know;

It's in the slightly stompy end of the spectrum, not techno or swirly. Very danceable.
